Yesterday I had all these glorious plans to finish the first draft of Easy Money Issue #1, write a Hannah Anne story and perhaps a bit of the book.
Then things happened.
Distractions.
I couldn’t get back into writing, so I decided to mow the lawn.
All three acres with a push mower.
It took almost four hours and by the end, I was a mess. Everything hurt and I think I sweated out every ounce of fluid I had.
But, I got a six pack of Sam’s and a good night sleep for my trouble.
Back at the computer this morning, Scrivener open, WordPress open. I know what I have to write, but I’ve lost the words. Hannah has a goat in the kitchen, Gris is about to throw the door open to the Zephyr, Captain Morrison is about to see first hand what happens when Magik and Teknology mix and the Healer is going to try and steal the Heartstone back.
But my brain is empty of words today.
Maybe tomorrow.

Love. This. Post! You were so brave to take on this writing prompt and incredibly creative with it.
Er, what? This wasn’t a prompt response. I honestly have no words for my stories today. Hannah Anne was going to be my prompt response for S30P.
This is why we should write even when we think we don’t have words!
“Don’t sell yourself short, Judge, you’re a tremendous slouch.”
HAHAHA, nice, Cap’n. If I didn’t know better, I’d say you mowed your 3-acre lawn in preparation for the arrival of some friends…. maybe 300 or so? :-p
LOL! Come on down! (Or up, I guess). I built the stage yesterday…
The Calvin and Hobbes! Perfect. Hope the tricksy Muse came back to play…
C & H have been favs of mine forever. Ms Muse is back, btw -
